This time Truenos used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Concepcion 56-37 on Saturday night. Truenos held UNAB Concep. to an opponent 19.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 35.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Point guard Francisca Elgueta (-0) stepped up and scored 12 points for the winners and Rocio Morales (-2) chipped in 2 points and 13 rebounds. At the losing side center Estefania Munoz (-96) responded with 8 points and 11 rebounds and center Teresa Mondaca (-92) scored 8 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Truenos (2-6) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Brisas and Univ. Austral.
