There was a surprise result in Almagro where eleventh ranked San Lorenzo (10-9) beat higher ranked Instituto (13-10) 84-76 on Thursday. San Lorenzo made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Matias Sandes (202-84) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and guard Facundo Rutenberg (190-1) who added 15 points during the contest.
