We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 11th ranked Olimpico (11-12) was edged by twelfth ranked San Lorenzo (11-9) in Almagro 78-76 on Tuesday. Leandro Cerminato (201-98) nailed 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and point guard Lucas Perez (184-87) accounted for 15 points and 4 assists. Venezuelan center Windi Graterol (204-86, agency: Pro Sports) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and American guard Elyjah Clark (190-98, college: MSSU) added 24 points respectively for Olimpico in the defeat. Four Olimpico players scored in double figures. Olimpico's coach Leonardo Gutierrez rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Obras. Loser Olimpico dropped to the thirteenth position with 12 games lost. San Lorenzo will meet at home higher ranked Penarol (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
