The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Corrientes: San Martin (#2) and Regatas (#6). Regatas was defeated at home 77-86 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Regatas. San Martin made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. Rolando Vallejos (195-0) fired 22 points and 9 rebounds for the winners.
