Everything went according to plan when fourteenth ranked Penarol (10-13) edged 17th ranked San Lorenzo (6-15) in Almagra 87-84 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Lucas Anegon (180-2) who led the winners and scored 24 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Center Nicolas Franco (204-99) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Four Penarol players scored in double figures. Point guard Franco Actis (178-1) came up with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and guard Juan Ramayo (185-2) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively for San Lorenzo in the defeat. Penarol moved-up to thirteenth place. San Lorenzo lost their ninth game in a row. They keep the seventeenth position with 15 games lost.
