An interesting game for Vivo/Franca (23-1) which hosted in Sao Paulo second-ranked Minas (20-4). First ranked Vivo/Franca managed to get a 9-point victory 98-89. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Minas. Vivo/Franca have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 23-1 record. Minas at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Vivo/Franca are looking forward to face Flamengo (#3) in Rio de Janeiro in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Minas will play at home against Cerrado and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
