Very important is a road loss of third ranked Urupan (16-7) against fourth ranked Aguada (16-7) on Tuesday night. Visiting Urupan was defeated by Aguada in a tough game in Montevideo 71-76. Aguada brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of Argentinian Marcos Mata (202-1986) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and American power forward Jamari Traylor (203-1992, college: Kansas) who added 16 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Four Aguada players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Donald Robinson (192-1989, college: WVU Tech) responded with 28 points and 5 rebounds and Lithuanian center Zygimantas Riauka (206-1993, college: UW-Parkside) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Aguada moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Urupan. Aguada's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo Trouville.
