A very close game took place in Montevideo (derby !!!) between Urunday and Hebraica. Thirteenth ranked Urunday (6-17) got a very close home victory over 11th ranked Hebraica (8-15). Urunday managed to escape with a 3-point win 79-76 on Thursday evening. The winners were led by American JC Fuller (194-1994, college: W.Illinois, agency: Slash Sports) who scored that evening 25 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import power forward Chaz Crawford (208-1984, college: Drexel) supported him with 11 points and 16 rebounds. Even a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds by Gaston Semiglia (186-1991) did not help to save the game for Hebraica. Naturalized Spanish center Esteban Batista (206-1983, agency: Duran International) added 10 points and 12 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hebraica's coach German Fernandez rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Urunday maintains thirteenth position with 6-17 record. Loser Hebraica keeps the eleventh place with 15 games lost. Urunday's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Montevideo to the arena Defensor.
