Regular Season Round 20: Talca - Los Leones 84-88

Very expected game when 12th ranked Espanol de Talca (4-14) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Los Leones (12-6) 88-84. Los Leones players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international guard Barham Amor (185-1996) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 8 assists. American-Dominican forward Justin Satchell (203-1995, college: St.Leo) contributed with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. American forward TJ Robinson (203-1989, college: LBSU) replied with 33 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and Venezuelan center Sergio Mijares (-1997) added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Espanol de Talca. Four Espanol de Talca players scored in double figures. Los Leones moved-up to third place. Espanol de Talca at the other side keeps the twelfth position with 14 games lost. Los Leones will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Espanol de Talca will play on the road against Ancud (#9) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
