No shocking result in a game in Mercedes where ninth ranked Obera (19-16) defeated 16th ranked Comunicaciones (13-22) 91-85 on Monday. Obera looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international swingman Martin Fernandez (195-1997) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 5 rebounds and Jamaican power forward Clint Robinson (203-1994, college: UIC) who added 15 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Obera's coach Fabio Demti allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American swingman Trahson Burrell (201-1992, college: Memphis) with 30 points and 8 rebounds and Serbian power forward Milos Macura (211-1990, college: Trevecca) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Obera maintains ninth position with 19-16 record. Loser Comunicaciones dropped to the seventeenth place with 22 games lost.
