There was an upset in Armstrong where 4th placed CAO Ceres (19-9) was edged by eleventh ranked Dep Norte (13-15) 70-67 on Friday. Strangely CAO Ceres outrebounded Dep Norte 44-30 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was swingman Juan Pablo Lugrin (196-1996) who scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Lautaro Mare (196-1998) chipped in 8 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Eduardo Spalla (197-1989) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Matias Martinez (195-1994) added 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Dep Norte moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Del Progreso. Loser CAO Ceres still keeps top position with nine games lost. They share it with Estudiantes O. and Dep Viedma.
