Very expected game when 7th ranked Mesquita/LSB (1-3) was defeated at home by third ranked Basquete Santos (8-4) 84-78 on Saturday. Basquete Santos made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was Gustavo Ruiz (190-1995) who scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Jean Oliveira (177-2001) chipped in 20 points. Four Basquete Santos players scored in double figures.
