Very expected game when 8th ranked Catanduva (1-5) was smashed by leader Sesi/Arara. (6-0) in Caranduva 89-55 on Saturday. Sesi/Arara. outrebounded Catanduva 52-35 including 37 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The former international power forward Aline Moura (185-1997) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Izabela De Andrade (185-1986) accounted for 15 points and 12 rebounds. Four Sesi/Arara. players scored in double figures. Sesi/Arara.'s coach Joao Camargo felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
