Very predictable result in Formosa where seventh ranked San Martin (21-15) defeated 17th ranked La Union (14-23) 81-66. The former international forward Fabian Ramirez (200-1990) notched 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international Matias Solanas (192-1998) supported him with 17 points and 6 rebounds. San Martin's coach Diego Vadell allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 22 points and 8 rebounds by Lucas Arn (197-1989) did not help to save the game for La Union. Forward Patricio Tabarez (195-1991) added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the hosts. San Martin moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Ferro. La Union at the other side keeps the seventeenth position with 23 games lost. San Martin will play against Union SF (#19) in Santa Fe in the next round which should be an easy win for them. La Union will have a break next round.
