Panamanian-Mexican Gabriel Giron (192-1988) scored 25 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Francisco Bravo (174-1987) chipped in 28 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) during the contest. Guard Matias Sepulveda (-1995) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Eduardo Sepulveda (186-1986) scored 21 points.
