There was a minor upset in Talca where 7th ranked Liceo Curico (3-3) was defeated by ninth ranked Truenos (3-1) 74-69 on Saturday. Truenos made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was Alessandro Morales (-1998) who scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Martin Morales (-2002) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds.
