Very expected game in Gualaceo where Nesfebanor (0-4) was crushed by Triple E-Uda (2-1) 92-67. Triple E-Uda dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Nesfebanor's 28. Triple E-Uda forced 36 Nesfebanor turnovers. Nesfebanor was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Eric Worthey (196-1991, college: Lourdes) who led the winners and scored 26 points and 8 rebounds. Rodrigo Gonzalez (-1998) accounted for 14 points and 4 steals for the winning side. Five Triple E-Uda players scored in double figures. Yolvis Granado came up with 20 points and 8 rebounds and Dani Duarte (-1984) added 10 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Nesfebanor in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
