Very expected game in Maturin where 5th ranked Cangrejeros (1-4) were crushed by leader Gladiadores (4-0) 97-72 on Thursday. Gladiadores dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Cangrejeros' 32. Gladiadores forced 19 Cangrejeros turnovers and outrebounded them 38-24 including 29 on the defensive glass.
