American guard Rodney Green (197-1988, college: La Salle) accounted for 16 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Fuerza Regia's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American power forward Brooks DeBisschop (206-1998, college: NAU) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds and Dominican Rigoberto Mendoza (190-1992) added 10 points and 6 assists respectively for Astros in the defeat. Fuerza Regia will meet at home Correcaminos (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Astros will play against Abejas in Guanajuato and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
