Second Stage Round 2: Sayago - Miramar 85-66

There was a minor upset when Miramar (1-1) was crushed on the road by Sayago (1-1) 85-66. They made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game, while Miramar only scored three points from the stripe. It was a good game for American power forward Paul Harrison (203-1989, college: NGU) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Joaquin Jones (199-1997) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Five Sayago players scored in double figures. Sayago's coach Nicolas Diaz used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Argentinian Eduardo Gamboa (189-1984) answered with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and American center Chris Ware (203-1989, college: Indiana Tech) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Miramar.
