Very important is a road loss of third ranked Capitol (2-2) against fourth ranked Colon (3-1) on Tuesday night. Visiting Capitol was defeated by Colon in a tough game in Colon 66-75. It was a key game for the top position in the league. American point guard Casey Jones (195-1993, college: Chattanooga) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and point guard Andres Aristimuno (184-1992) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Five Colon players scored in double figures. Colon's coach Ernesto Dorrego allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American Akia Pruitt (203-1997, college: UNCP) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 17 rebounds and the other American import Anthony Danridge (196-1986, college: N.Mexico) scored 22 points and 9 rebounds.
