Not a big story in a game in Asuncion where bottom-ranked Campo Alto (0-8) was rolled over by third ranked Colonias G. (5-2) 98-67 on Saturday. Colonias G. dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Campo Alto's 38. They outrebounded Campo Alto 44-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. Colonias G. looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Campo Alto's players. The best player for the winners was Argentinian point guard Juan Pablo Corbalan (185-1998) who scored 31 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Nestor Lopez (-2000) chipped in 22 points and 9 rebounds.
