Liga WPlay top team - Team Cali (9-1) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Sabios (1-9) in Manizales 101-65. Team Cali made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Sabios turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Dominican forward Jeromy Rodriguez (201-1996, college: ETSU) notched a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Chilean guard Franco Morales (179) supported him with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists (made all of his eight free throws). Four Team Cali players scored in double figures. Team Cali's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
