Regular Season Round 3: Ferro - Obras 79-60

There was a minor upset in Buenos Aires where Obras (2-2) was rolled over by Ferro (2-2) 79-60 on Friday. Ferro had a 31-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for swingman Federico Grun (191-1996) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points and 9 rebounds. Swingman Lucas Gargallo (196-1995) helped adding 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international point guard Pedro Barral (187-1994) with 20 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Uruguayan forward Emiliano Serres (205-1997, agency: Pro Sports) scored 13 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Ferro will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Obras will play against Regatas (#19) in Corrientes and hope to secure a win.
