There was an upset when Brasilia (1-3) was outscored at home by Paschoalotto/Bauru (1-1) 86-66 on Wednesday. Paschoalotto/Bauru made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for Argentinian point guard Jonatan Machuca (186-1989) who led the winners and scored 17 points and 7 assists. American point guard Dontrell Brite (175-1994, college: Mount Olive) accounted for 14 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Four Paschoalotto/Bauru players scored in double figures.
