But Olimpia was not able to use a home court advantage and was rolled over by the opponent from Montevideo 83-62 on Tuesday night. Point guard Juan Santiso (185-1994) chipped in 18 points and 5 assists. Five Aguada players scored in double figures. American point guard Marcus Thomas (191-1995, college: Rosemont) produced 18 points and 6 rebounds and naturalized Spanish guard Gustavo Barrera (194-1985) added 12 points and 5 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
