Very expected game when 8th ranked Riachuelo LR (2-5) was defeated on the road by first ranked Cordoba (5-2) 49-37 on Saturday. Cordoba made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Agustina Garcia (173-1996, agency: BIG) who scored 20 points. The former international forward Julieta Armesto (179-1994) chipped in 9 points and 8 rebounds. Florencia Ortiz produced 5 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Natalia Gervasio added 11 points respectively for the guests. Cordoba have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Despite that victory Cordoba went down to fourth position due to points difference. Riachuelo LR lost fourth consecutive game.
