Everything could happen in La Banda at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Olimpico and 6th ranked Ameghino had identical 1-5 record. This time Olimpico used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Cordoba 46-33 on Tuesday night. Jacqueline Soto nailed 14 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winning side and guard Laila Raviolo (180-2000) accounted for 7 points and 6 rebounds. Olimpico's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Camila Lignac (164-2001) came up with 11 points and Uruguayan point guard Josefina Zeballos (173-2003) added 9 points respectively for Ameghino in the defeat. Olimpico maintains fourth place with 2-5 record, which they share with Instituto and Ferro. Ameghino lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with six games lost.
