There was a surprise result in Pato Branco where fifteenth ranked Pato (7-19) defeated higher ranked UNIFACISA (12-14) 82-71 on Saturday. Pato dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to UNIFACISA's 28 and made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game.
