Regular Season Round 40: Pico FC - Quilmes MP 78-85

There was a surprise result in General Pico where twelfth ranked Quilmes MP (12-15) defeated higher ranked Pico FC (13-16) 85-78 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Ezequiel Dupuy (185-1997, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording 31 points and 5 assists and forward Tomas Nally (202-2002, agency: BIG) who added 15 points and 22 rebounds during the contest. Quilmes MP's coach Luis Fernandez used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Agustin Bualo (182-1995) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Augusto Rossi (190-1988) scored 18 points and 4 assists. Four Quilmes MP and five Pico FC players scored in double figures. Quilmes MP moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Libertad and Pergamino. Newly promoted Pico FC keeps the eighth position with 16 games lost. They share it with GELP. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
