LMBPF top team - Teporacas (8-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Lobas (1-5) in Ciudad de Mexico 77-57. Teporacas forced 20 Lobas turnovers. The winners were led by the former international forward Jacqueline Luna-Castro (188-1993, college: Charleston) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of her eight free throws) and the former international swingman Sandra Vargas (174-1997) supported her with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Five Teporacas players scored in double figures. Even 15 points by the former international power forward Carolina Romo (179-1993) did not help to save the game for Lobas.
