Rather expected game when 3rd ranked Taurinos (2-5) lost to first ranked Broncos (6-2) in La Asuncion 73-90 on Tuesday. Broncos forced 21 Taurinos turnovers. American players dominated the game. The winners were led by Erik McCree (202-1993, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored that evening 16 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Jordan Williams (198-1992, college: N.Texas) supported him with 15 points. Four Broncos players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds by JD Weatherspoon (198-1992, college: Toledo) did not help to save the game for Taurinos. Guard Dazon Ingram (196-1997, college: UCF) added 22 points and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Broncos have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-2 record, which they share with Cocodrilos and Brillantes. Loser Taurinos keep the third place with five games lost.
