The game in La Banda was also quite interesting. 6th ranked Boca (21-11) played at the court of seventh ranked Olimpico (21-13). Olimpico did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 86-67 on Thursday. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Boca. The best player for the winners was American guard Elyjah Clark (190-1998, college: MSSU) who scored 22 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Patricio Tabarez (195-1991) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international point guard Franco Balbi (188-1989) who recorded 15 points and 4 assists and American power forward Raven Barber (206-1991, college: Mt.St.Mary's, agency: Players Group) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Olimpico moved-up to sixth place. Loser Boca dropped to the fifth position with 11 games lost. Olimpico will meet at home Argentino (#16) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Boca will play against the league's second-placed Quimsa (#2) in Santiado del Estero and hope to secure a win.
