No shocking result in a game in La Rioja where fourth ranked Obera (25-13) defeated 11th ranked Riachuelo LR (19-18) 96-85. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Franco Giorgetti (203-1992) who helped to win the game recording 25 points. The former international point guard Nicolas De los Santos (180-1988) contributed with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. American forward Diamon Simpson (204-1987, college: St.Mary's, CA) replied with 15 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import Justin Jackson (203-1990, college: Cincinnati) added 16 points in the effort for Riachuelo LR. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Obera maintains fourth position with 25-13 record. Riachuelo LR at the other side keeps the eleventh place with 18 games lost. They share the position with Penarol. Obera will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
