Very predictable result when sixth ranked U.Atletica (2-1) won against 11th ranked Tabare (1-3) in Montevideo 87-75 on Monday. U.Atletica looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by Sebastian Ottonello (200-1997) who scored that evening 15 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and Lithuanian center Zygimantas Riauka (206-1993, college: UW-Parkside) supported him with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Five U.Atletica players scored in double figures. U.Atletica's coach Esteban Yaquinta allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 23 points and 11 rebounds by American forward Joshua Wilchcombe (203-1994, college: OKWU) did not help to save the game for Tabare.
