Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Bridgetown: Cavaliers (#2) and Spartans (#5). Spartans were crushed at home by 60 points 41-101 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Cavaliers dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Spartans' 26. Cavaliers forced 26 Spartans turnovers and outrebounded them 60-35 including a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Spartans' players. Guard Dijon Hunte stepped up and scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and guard Gavin Phillips chipped in 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Cavaliers players scored in double figures. Cavaliers' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jered Alleyne responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and Kurt Lambert scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Cavaliers. They maintain second place with 11-1 record behind leader Pinelands. Spartans lost their third game in a row. They keep the fifth position with ten games lost.
