Regular Season Round 11: Sayago - Larranaga 90-76

There was a change at the Metropolitan leadership position after last games. Round 11 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Larranaga (6-2). They were defeated by sixth ranked Sayago (5-3) 90-76 on Friday night. Sayago outrebounded Larranaga 44-28 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for Italian-Argentinian center Damian Tintorelli (205-1981) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 21 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Martin Aguilera (195-1987, agency: Pro Sports) helped adding 23 points and 5 rebounds. Four Sayago players scored in double figures. Sayago's coach German Fernandez used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward DJ Foreman (203-1994, college: St.Louis) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and forward Nicolas Martinez (206-2003) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Sayago moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Larranaga at the other side dropped to the second position with two games lost. They share it with Olimpia. They were replaced at the leadership position by Urunday.
