Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Montevideo: Larranaga (#4) and Atenas (#8). Larranaga (8-4) crushed visiting Atenas (6-6) by 19 points 85-66. Larranaga forced 20 Atenas turnovers. It was a good game for naturalized Italian Nicolas Borsellino (202-1986, agency: Pro Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward DJ Foreman (203-1994, college: St.Louis) contributed with 27 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Argentinian power forward Agustin Zuvich (201-1995) answered with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 15 rebounds and point guard Luciano Planells (184-2001) added 17 points in the effort for Atenas. Atenas' coach Santiago Segovia rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Larranaga moved-up to third place, which they share with Tabare. Atenas at the other side dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Larranaga's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo U.Atletica.
