The most interesting game of round 4 in the Liga Femenina was a home defeat of 3rd ranked D.Sporting (2-3) to second ranked Aguada (3-2) 83-76 in the game for the second place. Aguada shot 23 for 32 from the free-throw line, while D.Sporting only scored six points from the stripe. They outrebounded D.Sporting 45-34 including 16 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Camila Kirschenbaum (170-2002, college: Binghamton) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and Argentinian Jacqueline Soto who added 14 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side guard Natasha Dolinsky (173-1997, college: Lincoln, MO) responded with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and Argentinian center Ornela Bacchini (188-1989, college: OLLU) scored 8 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. Aguada maintains second position with 3-2 record having just two points less than leader Remeros. D.Sporting at the other side keeps the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Yale and 25 de Agosto. Aguada are looking forward to face Yale (#4) in Montevideo in the next round. D.Sporting's supporters also look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Montevideo Hebraica.
