Regular Season Round 11: Tigres - Brumas 60-79

Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Brumas (6-3) outleveled on the road 9th ranked Tigres (1-8) 79-60 on Tuesday. It was a great evening for American power forward Amir Warnock (206-1995, college: KWC) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Cuban center Marvin Cairo (203-1991) helped adding 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Brumas players scored in double figures. Jose Perez (-1999) responded with 28 points and American power forward Lorenzo Martinez (203-1997, college: Southwestern, KS) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for Brumas. They maintain fifth place with 6-3 record. Tigres lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with eight games lost.
