Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo: Urunday (#1) and Olimpia (#2). Urunday (18-4) won against visiting Olimpia (15-7) 87-82. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Olimpia. Strangely Olimpia outrebounded Urunday 29-0 including a 20- advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by guard Diego Garcia (186-1992) who scored that evening 19 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists and American Tyrone Lee (203-1990, college: GVSU) supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Five Urunday players scored in double figures. Even 25 points and 9 rebounds by point guard Tiago Leites (197-2002) did not help to save the game for Olimpia. American center Ricardo Glenn (203-1990, college: USC Upstate, agency: Interperformances) added 9 points and 14 rebounds for the guests. Urunday maintains first position with 18-4 record. Olimpia at the other side keeps the second place with seven games lost.
