Not a big story in a game when 7th ranked Correcaminos (1-17) were outscored by second ranked Panteras (11-7) in Aguascalientes 118-89 on Sunday. Panteras shot 61.6 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists. American-Puerto Rican forward Angel Matias (194-1992, college: Georgia South) nailed 26 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Puerto Rican guard Jezreel De Jesus (185-1991, agency: Interperformances) accounted for 17 points and 7 assists. Panteras' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench saving starting five for next games.
