Everything went according to plan when twelfth rankedRacing A. (5-1) defeated 17th ranked U.Mar del Plata (2-10) in Buenos Aires 85-68 on Wednesday. Augustin Silva notched 21 points to lead the effort and power forward Matias Nunez (202-1995) supported him with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Racing A.'s coach Fernando Rosanova used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 13 points and 15 rebounds by Juan Bellozas (195-1993) did not help to save the game for U.Mar del Plata . Power forward Martin Herrero (193-1997) added 14 points for the guests. Racing A. have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. U.Mar del Plata at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the seventeenth position with ten games lost.
