Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Ferro (10-4) outplayed 19th ranked Olimpico (1-11) in La Banda 71-52 on Friday. Ferro forced 25 Olimpico turnovers. The winners were led by Facundo Wolinsky who scored that evening 24 points and Juan Ryzwaniuk (-2005) supported him with 7 points and 10 rebounds. Even 11 points by point guard Cesar Martinez (182-2007) did not help to save the game for Olimpico. Salvador Japaze (-2005) added 6 points and 9 rebounds. Ferro moved-up to second place. Loser Olimpico keeps the nineteenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with San Martin. Ferro will meet at home bottom-ranked San Martin (#20) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Olimpico will have a break next round.
