Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo:Nacional (#2) and Trouville (#8). Trouville was smashed at home by 20 points 79-99 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Nacional players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Argentinian forward Franco Giorgetti (203-1992) notched a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Sebastian Ottonello (200-1997) supported him with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Nacional's coach Alvaro Ponce used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 19 points and 5 rebounds by Panamanian Josimar Ayarza (205-1987, college: Southern Miss) did not help to save the game for Trouville . Guard Santiago Fernandez (186-2000) added 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Five Nacional and four Trouville players scored in double figures. Nacional have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Penarol. Trouville at the other side keeps the eighth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Cordon.
