Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Ciudad de Mexico:Libelulas and Huskys . Huskys were crushed at home by 53 points 39-92 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Libelulas dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Huskys ' 18. Libelulas forced 33 Huskys turnovers and outrebounded them 40-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. Justicia Castaneda stepped up and scored 20 points and 4 assists (made all of her seven free throws) for the winners and Montserrat Onate chipped in 12 points and 10 rebounds. Five Libelulas players scored in double figures. At the losing side Cinthya Dominguez responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Raisa Valdes scored 6 points and 8 rebounds. Huskys' coach already knew that her team would not have a big chance, so allowed to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
