Rather predictable result when sixth rankedRiachuelo (8-9) won against 8th ranked Quimsa (6-11) in La Rioja 62-57 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for Jacqueline Soto who led the winners and scored 22 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Laila Raviolo (180-2000) accounted for 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Swingman Lorena Campos (171-1999) came up with 12 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Julia Centurion (189-2000) added 5 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Quimsa in the defeat. Quimsa's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Riachuelo moved-up to fifth place.
