The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo:Malvin (#7) and Bigua (#6). Malvin (16-13) won against visiting Bigua (13-16) 103-91 . Malvin looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Shamorie Ponds (185-1998, college: St.John's, agency: Worldwide SM) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 6 assists and point guard Lucas Capalbo (175-2000, college: Odessa JC) who added 22 points and 6 assists during the contest. American guard Isaac Hamilton (196-1994, college: UCLA) responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds and guard Martin Osimani (194-1981, college: Duquesne, agency: Pro Sports) scored 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Malvin and four Bigua players scored in double figures. Malvin have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 16-13 record. Bigua at the other side keeps the sixth place with 16 games lost.
