Regular Season Round 12: Pinelands - Bulls 84-86

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Pinelands (13-1) in Bridgetown on Thursday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Bulls (10-4) 86-84. It ended at the same time the 13-game winning streak of Pinelands. It was a good game for the former international power forward Akeem Marsh (208-1986) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 19 rebounds and 6 assists. Simeon Maynard contributed with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Five Bulls players scored in double figures. Guard Rasheed Maynard (188-2000) replied with 42 points (!!!) and 7 assists and guard Derion Hurley added 8 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Pinelands. Bulls have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 10-4 record having just three points less than leader Pinelands. Defending champion Pinelands still keep top place with one game lost.
