The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeatedToros (2-1) in Cali on Monday night. Hosts were edged by Storm (4-0) 99-98 . Carrib.Storm made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Toros Del Valle turnovers and had a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Romario Roque (175-1998) who helped to win the game recording 40 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and Dominican power forward Jean Quezada (206) who added 18 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Argentinian point guard Fabian Sahdi (186-1989) responded with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and Dominican forward Rich Polanco (203-1997, college: S.Dakota, agency: BMS Sport Agency) scored 16 points. Four Carrib.Storm and five Toros Del Valle players scored in double figures. Toros' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Carrib.Storm maintains first position with 4-0 record. Toros Del Valle at the other side dropped to the fourth place with one game lost.
